Each client has a customized web site with 24/7 access for on-line claims and eligibility lookup. All employee benefit information is available on-line located on one site. HealthFirst TPA has been active in the TPA industry since 1980. We are located in beautiful Tyler, Texas two hours east of Dallas. Tyler is known as the Rose Capitol of the World.
